The Nuestra Voz Walk-a-Thon was held to raise funds for the Stephanie's Gift: Make a Difference Scholarship, which will be given to a high school student or undergraduate from the local communities of Stone Park, Northlake, Melrose Park, and its neighbors. Here is a list of the scholarship requirements:
  • Be a high school senior or currently attending a college or university
  • Maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Provide a personal statement (requirements to be determined)
  • Proof of volunteerism and service to the community
  • One professional reference

    I'm so proud of you guys for taking the time and effort to establish this scholarship! Unfortunately, Nuestra Voz members can't apply :(
    but thanks to you guys, two lucky students will receive a huge financial help next semester! Keep up the good work!

    Hey! My name's Laura and I'm interested in the scholarship. I'm a senior at Proviso West. Is there a website or something that I can go to for more scholarship information?
